FAQ

Quick answers before you send the brief.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes, where the project is well-scoped and we can do real work on it. We are not the right fit for build budgets under our floor, and we will say so on the scoping call rather than spreading the work too thin.
Do you work with brands outside South Africa?

Yes. Most of our work is for South African brands, and we run international engagements through our sister agency Peak Digital. The process is the same; only the time zone differs.
What is your typical response time?

Same-day in office hours (8am-5pm weekdays). After-hours messages get a reply first thing the next working morning. Urgent project incidents on active retainers get out-of-hours coverage as part of the retainer terms.
Do you do free audits?

Yes, on the channels we run as retainers (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRO). The audit is genuinely free, ends with a written summary of what we found and what we would change, and there is no expectation that you continue past the audit if it is not a fit.
Can you take over a project from another agency?

Often, yes. Most of our retainers and builds start as agency takeovers. We do an upfront audit so you know what state the asset is in before we commit, and we are direct about catch-up work needed.
Do you do white-label work for other agencies?

Selectively, on specific scopes (Shopify development, technical SEO, Google Ads management). Reach out with the brief and we will tell you whether it is a fit and which scopes we can take on without conflicts.
How quickly can you start?

Discovery work usually starts inside two weeks of sign-off. Build phases scale to the project; we commit to a real start date in the quote rather than a vague window. Retainer engagements can start sooner if the brief is clear.
